| In order to obtain a VA home loan, you will first have
to obtain your "Certificate of Eligibility" The is the document from VA that
states the maximum loan amount VA will guarantee on your behalf. To order this document, you will need to have a copy of your DD214 available.
You will also need to download the "Certificate of Eligibility Request"
form, complete it. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader for the form, download it here for Free.
We can then handle forwarding your request to VA (this is
automatically done if you are completing your loan with us) or you may forward it
yourself. This will typically take one to three weeks to obtain the form. If you are
