VA Loan Submission

Once the loan processing has been complete and we have gathered all needed documents, the loan is then submitted to the investor for underwriting. This part of the process usually takes two days. One day for the loan to be shipped, the next day for the investor to log it into their system and to underwrite the file.

The exception is if your loan was submitted electronically, your loan is submitted simply for review of documents to insure accuracy.
